Chef Nick’s culinary debut is marked by the introduction of the Spicy BBQ Pulled Pork Sub and the Southern BBQ Pulled Pork Sub, both available for a limited time only.
Both subs feature pulled pork that’s smoked for four hours and then slow roasted for an additional four hours, making the subs premium products that stand out among competitors. Chef Nick selected a low temperature, Applewood smoking process to lock in the moisture, which in turn highlights the natural pulled pork flavors and cool cilantro jalapeno and apple cider coleslaw topping.
“With the new BBQ Pulled Pork Subs, I aimed to create two subs that are more than just a meal, they’re an experience,” said Chef Nick. “We wanted to offer something that people associate with summer by pairing the classic combination of BBQ and two crisp and unique coleslaw recipes. The Southern BBQ Pulled Pork Sub, inspired by the traditional, Memphis style BBQ, features a delectable Applewood smoke pulled pork, apple cider slaw, all topped off with the BBQ sauce and served up on a toasted artisan white baguette.
For the more adventurous, the Spicy BBQ Pulled Pork Sub features a slow roasted Applewood smoked pulled pork paired with a fresh cilantro-jalapeno slaw, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese and a BBQ sauce on a toasted jalapeno cheddar baguette.
