Under the direction of franchisee Max Olivera of Carolina-based Caribbean Investment Group, Corp., the restaurant replaces the former Condado site. It also represents a dual concept space for the franchisee with a side-by-side Uno Chicago Grill. There are currently five Fuddruckers restaurants throughout Puerto Rico.
